itD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing initiatives and drive audience engagement for executive and customer-focused programs. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in B2B event management or field marketing, with a strong track record of coordinating successful marketing programs and events.

Location: Remote within US

Responsibilities:
• Drive audience acquisition for marketing events, ensuring the right customers are engaged in executive and CIO-focused programs.
• Plan and coordinate regional and local marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and customer roundtables.
• Draft event invitations, follow-up communications, and promotional materials to support audience engagement.
• Coordinate with design and creative teams on event signage, presentations, promotional materials, and swag.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site setup and teardown.
• Assist with SOW preparation and supplier engagement for selected marketing activities.
• Support field marketing managers with account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and create communications for field sales teams.

Internal Responsibilities:
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in event management or field marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Resourcefulness and ability to effectively manage marketing activities and event requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong project management and budget management experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), particularly 1:1 marketing initiatives.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
