Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social, retail, and brand communication channels. This position works closely with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive brand growth, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual who can balance project coordination, campaign execution, content support, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media, and brand communication.
This is an evolving role with significant opportunity for growth and development. As the marketing team expands, the Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to take on increased ownership of campaigns, strategy, content development, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes in the following areas:
Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, print, retail, and paid media channels.
- Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, product releases, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication between departments and external partners.
- Ensure marketing assets and campaigns remain on-brand and aligned with company objectives.
Content & Social Media Coordination
- Assist with content planning and scheduling across social media platforms.
- Coordinate photo/video assets, copywriting requests, and creative deliverables.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and emerging opportunities.
- Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Digital Marketring & E-Commerce Support
- Support website updates, landing pages, and promotional content coordination.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communication efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and help identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing initiatives with internal teams or external agencies.
Project Management & Communication
- Maintain organized project timelines, calendars, and task tracking systems.
- Coordinate meetings, campaign reviews, and internal marketing updates.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and improve marketing processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist with brand partnerships, events, activations, and grand opening coordination.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Support the development of presentations, marketing materials, and promotional assets.

QualificationsEducation, Experience & Skills
- 1-4 of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing/project management tools.
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with digital platforms, social media scheduling tools, and marketing software.
- Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Asana, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
