Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with project managers, strategists, designers, writers and channel specialists to keep campaigns organised, deliverables on track and communication clear.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, deliverables and timelines across multiple client accounts

  • Support the creation and maintenance of campaign calendars, briefs and project documentation

  • Work with internal teams to make sure tasks, deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated

  • Assist with preparing client reports, presentations and campaign updates

  • Coordinate content, creative and digital assets across marketing channels

  • Track project progress and follow up on outstanding actions or approvals

  • Support campaign launches by checking that required materials and information are ready

  • Help maintain organised client files, marketing materials and internal documentation

  • Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting across campaigns

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, administration or a related role

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and following up on deliverables

  • Familiarity with common digital marketing channels and campaign workflows

  • Confident using spreadsheets, presentation tools and project management platforms

  • Proactive approach to identifying missing information, blockers or next steps

NICE TO HAVE
Digital marketing agency experience; familiarity with SEO, paid media, email or social media campaigns; experience with tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar; CRM experience; and basic knowledge of marketing analytics.
