Who We Are: We're Holmes US - an international design firm where engineering meets innovation! With offices across the West Coast and roots in New Zealand, we're known for pushing boundaries and asking "why not?" when others say "impossible."

Our US practice specialises in structural and fire protection engineering consulting - partnering with architects, developers, and project teams to solve complex challenges from the ground up.
 

Your Journey as Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support the marketing team across proposals, submissions, and pursuit efforts
  • Create and maintain content for collateral, the website, and digital platforms
  • Craft compelling narratives that convey the value of Holmes' projects and people
  • Uphold brand guidelines through consistent, high-quality content creation
  • Attend site visits, conduct marketing research, and assist with presentation preparation
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative functions that keep the team humming
  • Maybe even pick up some Māori words from our Kiwi colleagues!
 

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Some experience in an AEC firm is a big plus but not required
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for design
  • Solid skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat
  • A collaborative spirit - you work well with people at all levels of an organization
  • Photography or videography skills and social media experience? Even better!

Compensation: Estimated starting pay at $26.44 - $33.65 per hour ($55,000 - $70,000 annually) + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
