About Oasis Security

At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.

Why Oasis, why now

The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team and own the full-funnel pipeline engine for Oasis during a period of rapid growth.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and pipeline. You will craft the visual language that defines how Oasis shows up across every channel - from demand gen campaigns and event presence to sales collateral and product launches.
Your work will directly shape how the world’s most security-conscious enterprises perceive Oasis.

What You’ll Do
  • Brand & Visual Identity: Own and evolve the Oasis visual identity — ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Oasis.
  • Campaign Creative: Design creative assets for demand gen campaigns, ABM programs, digital advertising, and events — from concept through delivery.
  • Content & Collateral: Create high-impact one-pagers, pitch decks, and event materials that make the Oasis story impossible to ignore.
  • Web & Digital Design: Own the design of web pages and landing pages that drive conversion and reinforce Oasis's position as category leader.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to translate messaging into visuals that resonate with CISOs.
  • AI-Driven Design: Leverage AI design tools to accelerate production and deliver higher-quality assets at scale.
What We're Looking For
  • The Experience: 4–7 years in graphic design or visual marketing within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS. Experience designing for security or identity personas is a significant advantage.

  • Security Design Expertise: Previous experience designing for cybersecurity brands or creating visuals for technical enterprise audiences is a major plus.

  • Full-Stack Creative: Proven ability to produce across formats — digital ads, presentations, web, print, and event materials — with a strong portfolio to show for it.

  • Strategic Execution: You are a "doer" who can also think big. You move seamlessly from brand strategy to the pixel-level details of a campaign asset.

  • Impact Focused: You measure success by the impact your work has on brand perception and pipeline — not just the number of assets delivered.

  • AI Savvy: You are curious about and comfortable using AI design tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI) to accelerate your creative output and push the quality of your work.

  • Exceptional Communication: You can present your creative rationale clearly, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.

Who You Are

  • Builder: You take ownership and turn briefs into beautiful, high-impact work that ships.
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips through the cracks, even under pressure.
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand how great design translates into brand trust and pipeline.
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to collaborate with stakeholders and create work that earns their trust.
  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You find solutions quickly and move things forward.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You handle shifting briefs and tight deadlines without losing creative quality.

Why This Role

This is not a traditional design role.

You won't just produce assets -you'll own the visual voice of one of cybersecurity's fastest-growing companies, directly shaping how the world's most security-conscious enterprises see and trust Oasis.
As Oasis scales, your work will be at the center of everything.

Equal opportunity

Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the world we're securing. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability status. Oasis Security does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes and will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Oasis Security.
