What you'll be responsible for:
The Creative Partner Management Intern will support the Brand & Creative team in orchestrating our global network of creative agencies, production houses, and freelance talent. You will help bridge the gap between internal strategy and external execution, ensuring our partners are empowered to do their best work.
What you'll work on:
  • Partner Coordination: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of creative partnerships, from initial onboarding and briefing to project delivery and performance review.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain and optimize our creative partner database, ensuring all contracts, rate cards, and portfolios are up to date.
  • Project Liaison: Act as a junior point of contact for external partners, facilitating clear communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met across multi-disciplinary projects (video, design, web, etc.).
  • Creative Briefing: Assist in the development of clear, inspiring creative briefs that align with Circle's brand strategy and product goals.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine the workflows between internal Brand Producers and external agencies to increase speed and creative quality.
  • Trend & Talent Research: Conduct ongoing research into emerging creative talent and agencies within the Web3, Fintech, and high-tech design space to keep our partner roster "future-forward."
  • Program Demo: At the end of the summer, you will present a project or process improvement you've spearheaded to the Creative Leadership team.

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
  • Curiosity and Initiative: A deep interest in the intersection of brand strategy, creative production, and technology.
  • Organizational Prowess: You have a "mindful" approach to detail; you enjoy creating order out of chaos and managing multiple moving parts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to translate complex internal needs into actionable creative feedback.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You are "multistakeholder" oriented, capable of building relationships with diverse personalities, from corporate leaders to niche digital artists.
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Creative Management, or a related field.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable) and the Google Workspace suite. Knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) is a plus.
  • Integrity: You hold yourself to high moral and ethical standards, ensuring all partner relationships are built on mutual respect and transparency.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Interest in creative production, marketing operations, or project management
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation systems
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite

Additional Information:
  • Open to current undergraduates or recent graduates with an interest in marketing operations or project management
  • Strong preference for candidates who are organized, proactive, and collaborative
  • Prior experience in fast-paced or cross-functional work environments is a plus
