The Internship

As a Marketing intern you would be focused on Client Testimonials & Case Studies, you will lead the development of 3-5 compelling client testimonials that uniquely showcase the value Omnidian brings to its customers across our top value propositions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success Teams to gather client insights, craft engaging narratives, and ensure testimonials align with our brand messaging.

What You'll Do

  • Client Testimonial Development (50%)

  • Identify and engage with clients to capture their stories and experiences with Omnidian.
  • Conduct interviews and collect qualitative and quantitative data to support each testimonial.
  • Craft compelling, client-focused narratives that highlight Omnidian’s value.

  • Structure testimonials into impactful case studies that align with our top value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistency with Omnidian’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Present completed testimonials in formats suitable for digital, sales, and marketing use.

Who You Are

  • A strong storyteller who can translate customer experiences into compelling content.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and building rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience You’ll Need

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and research skills, with a portfolio of content creation preferred.
  • Experience conducting interviews and gathering customer insights.
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear, engaging narratives.

Experience That's a Plus

  • Knowledge of the solar energy or energy storage industry.
  • Experience with content marketing, case studies, or customer storytelling.
  • Familiarity with content management and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, HubSpot).

Program Details

  • We plan to have this role start around the beginning of Summer 2025 for two months
  • Ideal working hours would be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST
  • You will work on 1-2 well-defined projects throughout the internship and will present at the end of the program

Compensation

  • We believe in recognizing and valuing the contributions of every intern and are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone is compensated fairly for their work
  • Compensation: Our internships offer a competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour. Interns will be paid biweekly and are expected to work 40 hours per week, based on program requirements and availability.
  • Transparency and Fairness: All interns in similar roles receive the same hourly wage ensuring fairness across the program and an inclusive and equitable work environment. Compensation is based on role responsibilities and contributions, not personal factors, ensuring all interns are paid fairly.
