ABOUT THIS ROLE 

Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager, Consumer Engagement, to lead and drive the execution of consumer engagement across social, partner creators/influencer, events and experiential activation.  This role will be an integral part of the consumer engagement team, ensuring every launch, campaign and partner activation maximizes brand visibility, elevates the equity of the brand and enhances the consumer experience.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of prestige beauty marketing, is highly collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for bringing holistic marketing campaigns to life that connect brand, product, and artistry seamlessly. This role will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Social, Influencer, Creative and Product Development teams to build best-in-class consumer engagement strategies that support brand goals and deliver high-impact moments that drive brand engagement, earned media and commercial results.  This role will report to the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement and will be a key member of the marketing team.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer Engagement Strategy & Execution
  • In close collaboration with the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement, build and execute consumer engagement activities that align brand and product with commercial calendars and deliver against key business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Own the Consumer Engagement & Activation marketing calendar, syncing campaigns, brand social, partner/creator integrations, promotions, and retail activations across all channels (including DTC and retail) to maximize high-impact brand visibility and earned media value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent brand, product and artistry storytelling across paid, owned, and earned media.  Ensure consistency of brand identity across all activations and brand touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal communication to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
Events & Experiential
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand events including product launches, creator events, trade events and experiential activations from concept to execution.
  • Manage the event calendar to maximize brand opportunities, support launches and core product and ensure full visibility across teams.  Maximize the calendar of Patrick Ta the makeup artist, finding new ways to be in the cultural conversation and distinguish the brand through consumer engagement activities.
  • Maintain and regularly update event guidelines to ensure consistent and aligned approach across all markets.  Collaborate cross-functionally to align regional activities with global brand priorities.
  • Track, optimize and report performance of events and experiential moments, create post-mortem reports and regular industry competitive analysis.
Analytics, Insights & Competitive Analysis
  • Analyze category trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and Sephora benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build performance recaps and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
Budget Management
  • Partner with the senior director in the detailed tracking and management of the consumer engagement budget ensuring that all spends are accurately maintained across all channels

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in events, influencer marketing or digital/social commerce, preferably within beauty or lifestyle.  Experience with Sephora or comparable prestige retailer a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex events, creator partnerships and internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting creator and social reporting, and campaign KPIs.  Deep familiarity across social platforms and creator-first activation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present internally and externally effectively and with conviction.
  • Exceptional project management skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands on.  Possess a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for prestige beauty.

Salary Range Opportunity:

  • The hiring range for this role is $100,000 - 118,000 USD
Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job-related expertise. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include a bonus and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
