We work with a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a commitment to delivering real value for our customers. As we continue to scale, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to help shape what comes next.

We’re hiring an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager who can blend strategy, creativity, and operational excellence to build a high-performing pipeline engine. You’ve worked in fast-moving startup environments, know how to bring structure with agility, and are energized by work that makes a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content, ABM, and field programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales to deliver high-quality leads and pipeline-ready opportunities, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Own relevant HubSpot operations, including segmentation, nurturing, automation, and reporting.
  • Build data-driven programs focused on measurable customer and revenue impact.
  • Support field marketing initiatives and events that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Test, iterate, and scale successful programs with a bias for action and continuous learning.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and content that reflects customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Take ownership of your programs end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution and thoughtful follow-through.

Must Have Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to build and scale demand programs tied to pipeline outcomes.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot.
  • Understanding of cloud concepts or cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • A resourceful, proactive mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • Must be located in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA.

Experience That Will Help You Succeed (not required but beneficial)

  • Field marketing or event execution
  • ABM strategy or enterprise-focused demand programs
  • Paid digital campaign management
  • Working with Sales on pipeline planning and conversion
  • Messaging or content development for technical audiences

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA not required.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join a high-caliber team that values ownership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Play a key role in shaping our demand engine and influencing our growth trajectory.
  • Work on a differentiated product in a rapidly evolving cloud operations market.
  • Be part of an environment that encourages bold ideas, thoughtful experimentation, and a bias for action.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
