You will solve the critical challenge of accelerating our speed to market by orchestrating seamless Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across the Boost Mobile organization. By bridging the gap between brand vision and operational execution, you ensure that complex wireless product launches and episodic campaigns are delivered with precision and high ROI. Your leadership in process optimization and cross-functional alignment will empower our marketing partners to meet aggressive business goals in a hyper-competitive prepaid and postpaid landscape.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Real Estate, Channel Expansion, Brand, and Sales Operations to ensure all internal teams are synchronized for timely launches.
- You will serve as the primary conduit for leadership updates, translating complex project statuses into clear, actionable briefings for the executive team.
- Analyze business performance and ROI on key episodic campaign launches to provide data-driven recommendations for future optimization.
- Proactively develop strategic marketing plays with local and national partners to ensure regional business goals align with nationwide objectives.
- Leverage AI-integrated project management tools to automate status tracking, content hand-offs, and administrative workflows, reducing manual overhead

- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management leadership.
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- Go-To-Market (GTM) process management and execution.
- Project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or Jira).
- Analyzing national and local marketing campaign performance.
