As the Marketing Campaign Strategist on the Campaign Strategy and Audience Management team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Product Owners, Marketing Managers, and Analytics teams to help provide guidance and expertise around identifying the most optimal solutions for campaign targeting, channel strategy, and segmentation. You will have experience aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing data while also strategizing around the implementation of data driven analytics for targeted Personal Investor (PI) Marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Leverage tools such as Redpoint Interaction (RPI), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), SQL, and Python to aggregate, analyze, and activate data for targeted marketing audiences (proficiency in one or more required).
Balance strong technical skills (data aggregation, analysis, and manipulation) with consultative skills, including strategic advising, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and effective time management.
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on campaign targeting, segmentation, and channel strategy, using data‑driven analysis to support marketing and business goals.
Partner closely with Marketing stakeholders, Product Owners, Analytics teams, and Campaign Developers to identify optimal audience strategies and campaign solutions.
Collaborate with Analytics teams (including CDAO and PI Marketing Analytics) to apply modeling and advanced analytics that improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency; develop deep expertise in the analytic products available to Retail Marketing.
Design and support test‑and‑learn strategies in partnership with analysts, ensuring each test has clear objectives, appropriate controls, and actionable insights for future rollout.
Work with Campaign Developers to size potential target populations and build final campaign audiences by collecting and aggregating data from multiple sources; become a subject‑matter expert in the data required to create targeted marketing populations.
Qualifications
Minimum five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Must have strong strategic mindset, project prioritization and relationship management skills.
Experience with RedPoint or other campaign tools (Unica or Adobe) is preferred, but not mandatory.
SQL and/or Python experience is a plus.
Experience with GUI analytics tools (Cognos, Tableau) is helpful.
