Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics, campaign execution, and marketing technology management. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will support our marketing team in optimizing processes, measuring performance, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, or similar).
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for marketing performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs).
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of marketing databases by ensuring data cleanliness and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support email marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation efforts.
  • Help create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, data analytics, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms (experience with HubSpot, 6Sense, or Salesforce is a plus).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and how they integrate with marketing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning about marketing technology and operations.
