The Role:

This role is a crucial component to the Halcyon marketing organization focused on project management, systems management and integration as well as program execution in collaboration with growth marketing, inbound marketing and product marketing. The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy working across several departments and functions.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Define, scope, and drive roadmap for implementation of entire marketing technical stack. (Currently: Webflow, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Storylane, Zoom, Typeform, 6Sense).
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all things marketing automation.
  • Work closely with SalesOps team to ensure efficient, automated lead handoff to account executives and BDRs.
  • Drive and improve external lead generation funnels and optimize each part of the inbound buyer’s journey in conjunction with web team lead.
  • Build reporting on lead management and conversions across marketing efforts, work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to define target KPIs and build plans with marketing campaign owners to hit those goals.
  • Explore and suggest improvements and additions to existing MarTech stack.
  • Own budget for all marketing SaaS systems associated with lead handling.

 Qualifications:  

  • 5 -7+ years in a senior marketing operations role, preferably with B2B SaaS experience at companies with $100M+ ARR
  • Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce. Provable certifications a plus. Hubspot agency partner experience a plus.
  • Experience with a variety of sales and marketing tools like Salesloft, 6Sense or other similar platforms.
  • Ability to self-manage projects and manage team projects via Jira or similar ticketing/kanban boards.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive integrations, solve technology gaps, build and document processes and plan future expansions of the marketing technical stack as well as general marketing workflow operations.
  • Experience in all things lead routing, data enrichment, intent-based tools, ABM.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
