Position Summary


Texicare is seeking a contract Marketing Operations Specialist to work with our Director of Marketing.  This role will be short term (3-6 months) and project based – assisting the marketing team with project management and execution of product and company updates that will need to be reflected across internal and external branded elements (website, collateral, member documents, etc.) Additional workplan items based on business needs.  


Essential Job Functions


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Change & Project Management:
    • Understand product and business updates and translating those across multiple touchpoints throughout the organization.
    • Update current internal and external documents, collateral, website, advertising materials to reflect appropriate changes.
    • Create new marketing collateral to support operational projects.    
    • Organize shared folders, assets, and templates, keeping naming conventions and processes consistent
    • Track timelines and managing follow ups.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work with internal marketing team as well as sales, ops, product, technology and network teams to align business efforts with external communications strategies


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high level of organization and attention to detail          
  • Comfort with chasing down loose ends and driving for follow through
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Capability to work across multiple software platforms like Smartsheet, Confluence, Adobe, Canva, Figma


Location


 This is a hybrid position where you will work out of our Austin headquarters 1-2 days a week as needed.
