About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Programs Manager to own end-to-end, omni-channel programs that generate demand and measurable pipeline. You will map campaigns to specific audiences, offerings, and funnel stages, then bring them to life through on-brand landing pages, emails, webinars/video interviews with SMEs, and organic social, owning our LinkedIn and YouTube editorial calendar. You’re a strong team player who thrives working cross-functionally to keep timelines, stakeholders, and follow-up aligned. This role is based out of Ottawa, Canada.


What You’ll Do

· Build and manage omni-channel programs mapped to audience, offering, and funnel stage; manage program plans, timelines and deliverables.

· Create landing pages, emails, and social posts aligned to brand guidelines.

· Create thought leadership content in coordination with Subject Matter Experts in the form of high-quality webinars and video interviews.

· Partner with Marketing Operations on targeting, segmentation, lead routing, and campaign tracking.

· Coordinate target accounts and lead follow-up with Sales and deliver “pre/during/post” communications for each program.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage program timelines and ensure successful execution.

· Own the corporate editorial calendar and publishing cadence for LinkedIn and YouTube.

· Turn campaign moments into social packages (launch posts, short clips, recap posts, “what we learned” threads).
