As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll bring clarity, coordination, and calm to the fast-moving world of marketing at Roadie. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our marketing team—reviewing project requests, managing timelines, and building scalable systems that keep creative projects running smoothly.

From campaign launches to swag logistics, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities that require precision, follow-through, and thoughtful communication. You’ll help vendors get onboarded, budgets stay reconciled, and creative deliverables land on time—all while helping shape the evolving infrastructure of how our team works together.

This role reports to the Director of Brand and Strategy and partners closely with team leads across Marketing, Legal, Creative, and Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Review inbound project requests and build timelines in partnership with creative leads
  • Schedule production timelines and approvals, all while balancing priorities and capacity
  • Maintain and evolve project workflows in Basecamp and our shared planning tools
  • Drive quarterly systems improvements based on team feedback
  • Source and maintain vendor options for events and swag (pricing, customization, lead times)
  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals and ensure items align with event logistics
  • Oversee company storefront logistics, inventory tracking, and special order fulfillment
  • Partner with key stakeholders and our logistics team quarterly to manage inventory planning
  • Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, and invoice processing
  • Track spend and assist with reconciliations across marketing projects
  • Coordinate with Legal to ensure marketing assets and partnerships meet requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination role
  • Confidence managing creative timelines and budgets across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and communication skills—you bring clarity to any room
  • Experience with project management tools is required; proficiency in Wrike is a major plus, as it’s our core platform and will accelerate onboarding
  • Comfort juggling deadlines, vendor communications, and system improvements all at once

  • Competitive compensation packages
  • 100% covered health insurance premiums for yourself
  • 401k with company match
  • Tuition and student loan repayment assistance (that’s right - Roadie will contribute directly to your existing student loans!)
  • Flexible work schedule with unlimited PTO
  • Monthly 3-day weekends
  • Monthly WFH stipend
  • The technology you need to get the job done

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
