Please Note: This position is hybrid; however, you must reside within driving distance of our offices in Los Angeles or Costa Mesa, CA to attend meetings and team collaboration.

ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as, AAA. We are the team responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We’re a team of engineers, designers, researchers and product managers within AAA delivering maximum value to our members and business for a smarter future.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Research Senior Analyst with experience using Adobe Experience Cloud tools, especially Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

This individual will contribute to the delivery of personalized, data-informed experiences across email, web, and mobile platforms by supporting personalization initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Personalization Support & Execution

  • Assist in implementing personalized experiences using Adobe Target and Journey Optimizer across digital channels.

  • Support the creation and optimization of marketing journeys based on real-time data and customer attributes.

Customer Segmentation & Profile Management

  • Help maintain and update customer profiles using Adobe Real-Time CDP.

  • Assist in audience segmentation using behavioral and demographic data to support targeted campaigns.

Campaign Development & Coordination

  • Support the development, QA, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement.

  • Work closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaign consistency.

Customer Journey Analysis

  • Collaborate on analyzing customer behavior and journeys to identify areas of friction or opportunity.

  • Contribute ideas for new personalization or segmentation strategies to enhance performance.

Technical Coordination & Tagging

  • Support tag implementation and troubleshooting in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.

  • Help ensure Adobe tags and data layers are appropriately configured for campaign targeting and performance measurement.

What You Will Need

  • Solid experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer.

  • Foundational understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and personalization principles.

  • Exposure to email marketing, on-site targeting, or mobile messaging platforms.

  • Experience supporting A/B or multivariate testing initiatives.

  • Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Adobe certifications (or interest in pursuing them), such as Adobe Certified Expert – Target or Real-Time CDP-preferred.

  • Exposure to HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or tag management systems like Adobe Launch-preferred.

  • Experience in industries like eCommerce, financial services, or other data-rich environments-preferred.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$84,100.00 - $111,900.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
