Join Aline and help shape the future of senior living technology.

At Aline, we're transforming how senior living communities connect with residents, families, and care teams. Our integrated platform brings together CRM, sales and marketing automation, resident engagement, care coordination, billing, operations, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions to help communities thrive at every stage of the resident journey.

Every day, our technology supports organizations across the country by simplifying complex workflows, improving occupancy, strengthening resident and family experiences, and empowering care teams with the insights they need to make better decisions. We solve meaningful challenges for an industry that impacts millions of lives.

As part of Aline, you'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence the products our customers rely on and help redefine what's possible for senior living providers. If you're energized by solving complex problems, building technology with purpose, and making a measurable impact, you'll find a rewarding career here.

Aline is looking for a Senior Corporate Marketing Manager to own how we show up in the market. This is a marketing role responsible for building and sustaining Aline's voice and visibility across every external touchpoint — from earned media and analyst relationships to thought leadership, events, and organic digital presence.

This role is not a communications support function. It is a strategic position that shapes how prospects, customers, partners, and the broader industry perceive Aline. The right person is an exceptional storyteller with sharp strategic instincts — someone who can craft a compelling brand narrative, earn coverage in the publications that matter, and build programs that compound Aline's authority over time. You operate equally well at the level of strategy and execution, and you understand that brand is a long game with near-term levers.

Responsibilities

Brand & Corporate Messaging

· Own Aline's voice and corporate narrative across all external touchpoints

· Lead positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate Aline's differentiation in the senior living technology market

· Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure brand integrity at every stage of the customer journey

Public Relations

· Protect and advance Aline's reputation through consistent, credible external communications

· Develop and execute a proactive PR strategy that builds Aline's category leadership and executive visibility

· Manage earned media, press releases, story pitching, and rapid-response communications

· Own relationships with key industry analysts and senior living-specific research firms (ie, NIC, LeadingAge)

· Ensure Aline is appropriately included in relevant market reports and evaluations that influence buyer decisions

SEO, AEO & Web Presence

· Own Aline's SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy, ensuring visibility across traditional and AI-powered search

· Partner with the Marketing Operations, Creative & Digital team on web content strategy, site architecture, and ongoing optimization

· Define content pillars that drive organic traffic, authority, and conversion from Aline's target audience

· Monitor performance and continuously improve search rankings and share of voice across relevant categories

Social Media

· Develop and execute Aline's organic social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn

· Build a consistent brand presence that grows community, drives awareness, and amplifies executive thought leadership

· Establish editorial rhythms and content calendars aligned with company priorities and market moments

· Measure engagement, reach, and audience growth with a clear lens on both brand impact and pipeline influence

Thought Leadership & Awards

· Identify and pursue awards, recognitions, and industry rankings that reinforce Aline's credibility and category leadership

· Develop executive thought leadership content, including bylines, speaking opportunities, and LinkedIn presence for key leaders

· Position Aline's leadership team as trusted voices of authority in senior living technology

· Build a content calendar that connects thought leadership to brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals

Event Strategy

· Own Aline's event strategy, including industry conferences, trade shows, hosted executive events, and partner roundtables

· Evaluate event investments with a clear ROI framework, balancing brand-building with pipeline contribution

· Manage event planning, logistics, sponsorships, and on-site execution

· Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure events are leveraged for relationship-building, pipeline, and expansion opportunities

Qualifications

· 5-8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with a strong foundation in brand, communications, or corporate marketing

· Proven track record owning brand strategy and PR for a high-growth SaaS company

· Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices and content-driven organic growth strategies

· Strong editorial instincts; you know what makes a compelling story and how to tell it across formats and audiences

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment preferred

· Senior living, healthcare technology, or vertical SaaS experience a plus but not required

· Highly collaborative; you build trust across functions and bring people along rather than operating in a silo

· Creative and strategic in equal measure; you can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to execute with precision

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
