Ready to kick-start your international marketing career?

Are you a marketing student looking for more than just an internship? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and event coordination while working in an international B2B environment?

As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you'll become part of a global marketing team where your ideas matter, your creativity is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to learn. You'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals on real business projects, helping to deliver campaigns that support commercial growth across Europe.

If you're eager to develop your marketing skills in a collaborative and multicultural environment, we'd love to meet you.

The Role

As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will support a dynamic international marketing team by contributing to a wide variety of marketing initiatives. From campaign execution and content creation to market research and event coordination, you'll gain valuable exposure to every stage of the marketing process.

Working closely with marketing and sales colleagues across different countries, you'll help bring campaigns to life while developing practical experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and B2B communications.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a future career in marketing.

What will you do?

As part of the marketing team, you will:

  • Support the activation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social media channels.
  • Create and update marketing content, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, trade shows, and customer events that support business development activities.
  • Adapt marketing materials to align with product positioning and commercial priorities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and summarize key insights for the marketing team.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and help ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries in an international marketing environment.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to digital communication and social media campaigns.

Your Skills and Profile

We're looking for someone who is excited to learn, eager to contribute, and passionate about marketing.

You are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interested in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and communication.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication.
  • Able to organize your work effectively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Interested in market research and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or content creation tools is considered a plus.

Soft Skills

You enjoy working with people from different cultures and thrive in a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared openly. You're naturally curious, proactive, and eager to explore new ideas while continuously developing your skills. You pay attention to detail, take ownership of your work, and are not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements. Whether you're supporting an event, creating marketing content, or contributing to a campaign, you approach every task with enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive mindset. Most importantly, you're motivated to learn, communicate effectively, and make a meaningful contribution to the team.

Why This Role With Us?

This internship offers far more than operational marketing experience. You'll become part of a truly international team where English is the working language, and collaboration happens across multiple countries and cultures.

From day one, you'll work on real marketing projects that directly support our commercial objectives. You'll gain practical experience in campaign management, content marketing, digital communication, event coordination, and market analysis while learning from experienced marketing professionals.

We value fresh perspectives and encourage new ideas, especially when it comes to digital marketing and social media. Your creativity and input will make a genuine impact.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
