About the role
Quisitive is hiring a Marketing Specialist to plan and run integrated campaigns and events for our Business Applications portfolio: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and partner technologies such as Board. Your work will create pipeline in our target industries.
You will work closely with sellers, BDRs, solution architects, and subject matter experts, supported by marketing specialists in web, design, digital, email, and channel. We are looking for a strong copywriter who builds smart campaign plans, enjoys running events, works well with sellers, and stays focused on turning leads into pipeline.
What you will do
- Turn marketing priorities into campaign plans with target accounts, messaging, tactics, and success measures, and manage the budget for your campaigns
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM, report results monthly, and adjust campaigns based on results and BDR feedback
- Own content for the Business Applications practice, from email, nurture, and landing page copy to case studies, blog posts, articles, eBooks, and guides
- Plan and run a yearly event program of major industry conferences and trade shows, hosted customer and partner events, and webinars, from selection and logistics through lead follow-up and reporting
- Run email, nurture, and ABM programs for priority accounts with our email and digital specialists
- Equip sellers with campaign briefs, solution sheets, battlecards, outreach emails, and pitch decks, and brief them at each campaign launch
- Stay current on the portfolio, competitors, and target industries, and bring new campaign angles and PR opportunities to leadership
What you bring
- 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, software, or IT services
- Demand generation campaigns with pipeline results that you can walk us through
- Hands-on experience running trade shows and hosted events, from budget and logistics through lead follow-up
- Strong B2B copywriting across email, landing pages, long-form content, and sales enablement, including SEO and GEO optimized content
- Experience scoping ABM campaigns and campaign workflows
- ZoomInfo or a similar data tool, plus intermediate Excel skills
- Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and productivity, with good judgment about accuracy
Nice to have
- Experience marketing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or other ERP and CRM solutions, ideally at a Microsoft partner
- Marketing experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or retail
- Experience supporting inside or scaled sales teams
- Basic video editing
