Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and own all marketing activities at the company. In this role you will report directly to the BU President and work closely with both the Sales team and our marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to juggle multiple competing priorities and leverage their creativity and outstanding written communication skills to design and create effective marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture leads for sales team:         

  • Maintain SEO and GEO optimized PEAK 15 corporate website using WordPress CMS
  • Build and grow targeted account list using online tools
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns working with outside agency
  • Create content (blogs, videos, case studies, flyers, newsletters) to support lead generation and sales pipeline activities
  • Monitor and track performance, ROI and KPIs

Drive engagement of the existing PEAK 15 customer base:

  • Coordinate quarterly webinars and in person events
  • Create and send monthly newsletters
  • Administer NPS survey

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track, maintain, and improve key marketing metrics, including MQLs per month and conversion by source.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the customer management platforms (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce).

Pitch in to create a fun team environment:

  • Plan and organize occasional company meetings/events/activities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role whose principle goal was lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of full funnel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to take initiative and translate high level goals into your own plan of action.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly with high-value enterprise customers.
  • 2 years of experience with full funnel marketing strategies.

Salary Range: $72,335 - $79,305
