The Marketing Strategist and Content Creator will develop marketing strategies, create engaging content, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams.
Rules Cube is currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist and Content Creator to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns promoting our company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, with a particular focus on content creation for social media, email marketing, white papers, and fact sheets.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Create engaging content, including copy, graphics, and videos, that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistency of messaging and branding across all channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for content creation and improve marketing performance.
- Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on content creation and marketing strategy, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, making recommendations for new tools and strategies to enhance our content creation and distribution efforts.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to develop content marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer engagement, with a deep understanding of buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Proven track record of creating compelling and effective content across various formats, such as blog posts, social media content, white papers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
- Expertise in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth on various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, nurturing campaigns, and automated workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, to create visual content such as infographics, social media graphics, and banner ads.
- Knowledge of website design and user experience best practices, with the ability to provide recommendations for improving website performance and usability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align content and marketing strategy with overall business objectives.
- Experience using data and analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
