Job Description

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Strategist, you will develop and guide marketing strategies across multiple client accounts, connecting business goals with audience insights, positioning, channels and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with clients and internal specialists across content, SEO, paid media, social and creative to turn strategy into effective campaigns.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop marketing strategies based on client goals, audiences, market position and growth opportunities

  • Conduct audience, competitor and market research to identify actionable insights

  • Define channel strategies, campaign priorities and measurable marketing objectives

  • Translate business goals into clear marketing plans, recommendations and KPIs

  • Work with channel specialists to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall strategy

  • Review campaign and client performance and recommend strategic adjustments

  • Present marketing strategies and recommendations directly to clients

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through new initiatives and services

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of marketing strategy or digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, content, email and social

  • Experience developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for business clients

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations

  • Ability to connect marketing activities to broader business goals and measurable outcomes

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

NICE TO HAVE
Agency experience; B2B marketing; experience with SaaS or technology clients; market research and competitive analysis; GA4 and marketing analytics experience; and experience developing go-to-market or positioning strategies.
