We are investing in a modern, scalable digital platform to power customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term member value across all brands.
We are seeking a Martech Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and architecture behind our web platform, lead journey, CRM integrations, and CRO optimization efforts.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Digital Marketing, and Analytics, and is responsible for ensuring our Martech ecosystem is cohesive, performant, and optimized for growth.
You will lead the architecture and evolution of our web-to-CRM funnel, while also owning key external partnerships (Webflow engineering, lifecycle marketing platforms, and data infrastructure providers).


 

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) 

Web Platform Architecture & Optimization

  • Own Martech architecture for our web platform built on Webflow, in partnership with an external engineering team.
  • Define and enforce standards for performance, scalability, and extensibility across all brand websites.
  • Partner with Product and Digital Marketing to enable rapid iteration of landing pages, offers, and experiences.

CRO & Experimentation

  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategy using Webflow Optimize.
  • Establish experimentation frameworks, governance, and best practices across brands.
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates.

Lead Journey & Lifecycle Orchestration

  • Architect and optimize the full lead journey from first visit through conversion and lifecycle engagement.
  • Own integration and usage strategy for Iterable to power automated consumer journeys.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to improve lead capture, segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies.

CRM & Data Integration

  • Design and maintain integrations between web experiences, lead capture systems, CRM, and downstream platforms.
  • Ensure real-time, reliable flow of lead data across systems to support speed-to-lead and personalization.
  • Define data models and event structures that support both marketing execution and analytics.

Tracking, Tagging & Data Infrastructure

  • Own client-side tracking strategy via Google Tag Manager.
  • Partner on server-side tracking architecture using RudderStack.
  • Ensure clean, consistent event tracking and attribution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to enable accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Strategy & Performance

  • Partner closely with Product, Digital Marketing, and Analytics to:
    • Define KPIs across the lead funnel
    • Track and interpret performance
    • Prioritize optimization opportunities
  • Translate growth strategies into scalable technical solutions.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Own and oversee key Martech partnerships, including:
    • External Webflow engineering team
    • Iterable platform and contract
    • Data and tracking partners (e.g., RudderStack)
  • Ensure vendors are delivering against expectations for quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive accountability, roadmap alignment, and continuous improvement across partners.

Strenghts and Background

  • 6+ years in Martech, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Experience roles.
  • Deep experience with modern web platforms and CMS (strong preference for Webflow or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Tag Manager (client-side tracking)
    • Server-side/event streaming concepts (e.g., RudderStack)
    • Lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Lead funnel optimization & CRO
    • Event tracking and attribution models
    • CRM integrations and data flows
  • Experience working with external development partners and SaaS vendors.
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical architecture and execution plans.

Salary Range: $171k - $181k

Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

  • Remote optional: Fridays
  • On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
