Merge medical imaging solutions, offered by Merative, combine intelligent, scalable imaging workflow tools with deep and broad expertise to help healthcare organizations improve their confidence in patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.The Merative Imaging Channel Sales Executive is a client facing role within the Sales Organization at Merative that drives sales through consultative understanding of potential channel partners’ needs and clinical impact. The responsibilities of this role include the following: Identify and consult with potential channel partners to understand the benefits of Merge Imaging solutions being incorporated into their solutions ; determine radiology or Cardiology use cases, interoperability needs, technical and business challenges, and vision for the future; document consultative findings and solution scope, drive accurate quoting, and support partner deliverables; ensure solutions are designed in compliance with regulations, to meet client needs, IT/IS strategy, budgetary requirements, and conform to product capabilities; and provide timely feedback to Solution Management for improvements to the Merative Solutions.
Job Duties
- Identify market segments and prospects who could benefit from incorporating Merative imaging (Merge) solutions into their solution offerings.
- Map existing and upcoming technologies to customer use cases and/or partner products
- Formulate deal structure and negotiate contracts to closure
- Meet assigned quota
- Work with Offering Management leadership to set geographical prioritization and strategic market entry/success plans
- Ensure that signed strategic deals move through to successful implementation
- Serve on broader strategic deal teams as needed
Required Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in business development/channel sales in healthcare IT clinical software or Imaging software
- Have a track record of success as evidenced by verifiable over quota performance
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Strong executive presence, verbal and written communication and presentation skills to C-level and executive audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust and structure complimentary business relationships.
- Ability to logically address challenges and work through them as needed to build mutually beneficial channel relationships that evolve into true partnerships
- Ability to effectively manage and balance both the needs of the organization with the interests of the partner organizations
- Thorough understanding of market dynamics in healthcare; experience in the imaging industry, especially radiology or cardiology, is a plus
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree. Business Administration or a science degree is a plus.
- Up to 70% travel
