Job Summary:
The role involves authoring and developing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) recipes (preferably using Emerson Syncade and Rockwell PharmaSuite), troubleshooting MES and system integration issues on the plant floor, ensuring compliance with business processes and quality standards, and supporting qualification testing. Responsibilities also include implementing tech transfer requirements, enhancing reporting and analytics tools, integrating automation and business systems, and contributing to MES best practices and process improvements across the supply chain network.  

Key Responsibilities:
1. MES Development & Support
·       Authoring and developing MES recipes (preferably using Emerson Syncade and Rockwell PharmaSuite)
·       Troubleshooting MES execution and system integration issues on the plant floor
·       Implementing production tech transfer requirements into automation IT systems
·       Providing MES recipe authoring expertise to projects, process improvements, and support initiatives
·       Working with the other Recipe Authors on MES templates
2. Compliance & Testing
·       Ensuring compliance with corporate/site business processes, design principles, and quality procedures
·       Developing, reviewing, approving, and executing qualification test plans
·       Planning and performing testing, including documentation of test conditions, expected results, and validation
3. Process & System Optimization
·       Contributing to reporting solutions, production/operational analysis tools, and recipe procedural enhancements
·       Supporting batch review and release, equipment automation integration, and business system integration
·       Optimizing departmental and site business processes
·       Contributing to the development of MES standards and best practices for the supply chain network
4. Collaboration & Consulting
·       Consulting with business process owners within value streams
·       Collaborating directly with engineering teams and cross-functional squads
·       Working independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities

Qualifications:
·       A BS/MS in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
·       A minimum of 5 to 7 years of manufacturing execution systems experience
·       2 – 4 years of experience authoring recipes in Emerson Syncade or Rockwell Pharmasuite
·       Strong interpersonal communication skills
·       Project management skills
·       Ability to multi-task while handling routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision
·       Must be able to plan and perform testing, including documenting test conditions, expected results, and test validation
·       Must be comfortable working under pressure, delivering quality results with schedule deadlines and have a proven track record in meeting schedule for tasks while still meeting or exceeding business requirements and goals
 ⦁    Work autonomously  direct with Engineering and Value Streams
 ⦁    Work with Global Recipe Authors Team on common templates for PharmaSuite MES
