This is a remote position.

We're looking for a Meta PPC Specialist who lives and breathes paid social — someone who blends data-driven rigor with creative instinct to build lead generation machines on Meta. You'll own campaigns end-to-end across both services and ecommerce verticals, pushing performance beyond benchmarks while constantly testing what's next. If you've thrived inside an agency managing multiple accounts simultaneously and know Meta's ecosystem inside-out, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns from strategy through execution — targeting, creative direction, structure, and bidding

Analyze CPL, ROAS, CAC, frequency, and attribution data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities

Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages — and turn results into actionable learnings

Brief and guide creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, formats, and copy angles that drive performance

Optimize for qualified lead volume across service-based and ecommerce verticals, integrating lead quality feedback from CRM and sales teams

Manage and allocate significant ad budgets efficiently, scaling winners while hitting cost-per-lead targets

Ensure robust event tracking, Meta CAPI setup, and attribution accuracy in coordination with dev and analytics teams

Translate campaign performance into clear, compelling reports for clients or internal stakeholders

RequirementsRequirements

4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience

Previous experience at a digital marketing or performance agency

Proven track record running lead generation campaigns (not just brand awareness)

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel

Strong command of audience segmentation: Lookalikes, Custom Audiences, interest and behavioral targeting

Experience with Advantage+ campaigns and Meta's AI-driven placement features

Solid understanding of attribution models and Meta's post-iOS 14 measurement landscape

 Meta Blueprint Certification (required)

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience running lead gen for both service businesses AND ecommerce brands

Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead quality optimization workflows

Experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) for CRM, pipeline management, and lead tracking

Experience with Meta Lead Ads and Instant Forms

Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and cross-channel attribution

Exposure to other paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest)

Understanding of landing page CRO principles

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
