The Role


Ludia Consulting is actively seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Sr Functional Consultant with experience working independently in a fast-moving, startup client environment, where speed of standing up the system is a critical factor - a fully-tested application that meets the client’s initial, crucial business needs.

Ludia’s Senior Functional Consultants are challenged to understand and quickly respond to our clients' varied business needs and, using their D365 FSC experience and application expertise, work with these clients to rapidly implement and/or enhance the system capabilities needed to improve operational and process performance.

As a FSC Senior Consultant in the Dynamics 365 practice, you will use your business process knowledge and operations consulting skills to quantitatively analyze issues and drive solutions to transform our client's business.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare, contribute to and/or lead implementation design sessions with customers for Supply Chain Management (to include Procurement, Sales, Product, Inventory, Warehouse and Transportation Management) processes.
  • Experience with Project Management & Accounting (PMA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Production Control, Master Planning and Engineering Change Management (ECN) also desirable.
  • Rapidly configure, test and help train Client SME’s on D365FSC areas listed above.
  • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive towards a solution.
  • For identified gaps to application functions, distill down and document functional design requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD’s) and lead discussions with technical team members for design feasibility and development estimates.
  • Coordinate with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities.
  • Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities.
  • Drive test planning and execution.
  • Work closely with Project and Program Managers and exhibit leadership in managing scope and assigned workstream/business processes
  • Proven ability/experience in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Skills & Competencies


  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O/FSC implementation experience.
  • Experience with at least 3 full end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Experience participating in requirements-gathering process for IT systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Senior-level oral and written communication (clear/confident/concise).
  • Ability to lead people, teams, and workstreams.
  • Understanding aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
  • High motivation and work philosophy.
  •  Able to work independently and take personal responsibility


Desirable Experience


  • Master's degree in business or technology
  • Dynamics 365 Certifications (F&O/F&SC or CE/FS)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • 5+ years Production Control experience or
  • 5+ years Warehouse Management experience or
  • 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience or
  • 5+ years Project Management & Accounting (PMA) experience
