We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to build and enhance customer-facing capabilities across our web application and backend platform. This role is designed for an engineer who has moved beyond entry-level execution and can independently deliver well-defined features, contribute to technical discussions, troubleshoot application issues, and produce reliable, tested code. The engineer will work with senior engineers, Product, UX, QA, and DevOps to turn product requirements into production software. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack but is not yet expected to independently architect the most complex platform capabilities. 

Location:  LATAM 100% Remote. Working hours are based on the US Central-Pacific Time Zone, with at least 6 working hours of overlap.

Key Responsibilities 


  • Develop and maintain front-end features, backend services, APIs, and data integrations. 
  • Implement product requirements and UX designs using established architectural and coding patterns. 
  • Build reusable, responsive, and accessible user-interface components. 
  • Develop backend business logic, database interactions, application APIs, and background processes. 
  • Write clean, understandable, and maintainable code. 
  • Create and maintain unit, integration, component, and end-to-end tests. 
  • Participate in technical planning, estimation, refinement, and implementation discussions. 
  • Identify requirement gaps, technical risks, dependencies, and edge cases during development. 
  • Troubleshoot defects and production issues with support from senior engineers when necessary. 
  • Participate actively in pull-request reviews and respond constructively to feedback. 
  • Maintain technical documentation for the capabilities they build. 
  • Work with QA to validate acceptance criteria and improve test coverage. 
  • Collaborate with DevOps to resolve deployment, environment, and operational issues. 
  • Use logging, monitoring, browser tools, and database queries to diagnose application behavior. 
  • Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, test creation, documentation, and troubleshooting while validating all generated output. 
  • Participate in release validation and production support activities. 

Required Qualifications 


  • Approximately 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience. 
  • Professional experience building production web applications. 
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript. 
  • Experience with React or another modern component-based frontend framework. 
  • Understanding of component design, state management, API integration, responsive layouts, and frontend testing. 
  • Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or comparable technology. 
  • Experience building or consuming REST APIs. 
  • Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries. 
  • Understanding of common data-modeling concepts. 
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and team-based development workflows. 
  • Experience writing automated units and integration tests. 
  • Basic understanding of cloud-hosted applications, deployment pipelines, containers, and application environments. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot defects using logs, browser development tools, API clients, and database queries. 
  • Understanding of fundamental software design principles and common web-application security concerns. 

Preferred Experience 


  • Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider. 
  • Experience with PostgreSQL. 
  • Experience with automated browser testing frameworks. 
  • Experience with event-driven systems, background jobs, message queues, or asynchronous processing. 
  • Experience integrating third-party applications or services. 
  • Experience with video, audio, animation, media, creative tooling, or digital asset management. 
  • Experience with AI APIs, prompt-based applications, or AI-assisted development tools. 
  • Experience working on a multi-tenant SaaS platform. 
  • Experience in an Agile or iterative product-development environment.
