Mid-Market Account Executive - Retail SaaS
Are you a high-performing SaaS sales professional with a passion for retail and a track record of exceeding quotas?
Reporting to the General Manager - DIDOS Business Unit and partnering with the Managing Director, you’ll deliver revenue growth by selling our DIDOS automated invoice matching software to mid-market retailers in the UK & Ireland. This quota-carrying role blends Hunter (new logo wins) and Farmer (account expansion) responsibilities, owning the full sales cycle.

What You’ll Deliver
In this remote Hunter/Farmer role, exceed revenue targets by:
Prospecting & Closing: Generate leads via inbound/outbound and networking; target mid-market retailers with invoice challenges.
Owning the Sales Cycle: Lead discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closes.
Hitting Quotas: Negotiate, overcome objections, and forecast accurately.
Expanding Accounts: Build consultative relationships with AP, Finance, IT, Procurement, and C-Suite; identify upsell/cross-sell ops like ERP integrations and analytics.
Product Mastery: Become the expert on DIDOS features, integrations, and efficiency gains.
Pipeline Management: Maintain robust pipelines and report to leadership.
Collaborating: Partner with product, engineering, and teams for seamless client success.
What You’ll Bring
Proven SaaS Sales Success: 5+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS roles, exceeding targets in new business and expansions. Accounts Payable, invoice matching, or retail fintech experience a plus.
Sales Mastery: Skilled in mid-market cycles, from lead gen to closing; MEDDIC knowledge preferred.
Retail Expertise: Deep understanding of UK/Ireland retail operations; invoice/ERP/finance workflows a strong plus.
Technical Know-How: Strong grasp of SaaS, ideally retail solutions.
Impactful Communication: Deliver compelling demos and proposals to technical and C-Suite audiences.
Relationship Building: Build trust and spot growth opportunities with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Tailor solutions to client needs with measurable impact.
Personal Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, organized, and collaborative in remote settings.
