RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alert systems, and analytical reports.
- Prepare ad-hoc analytics – reports, data extracts, and answers to business questions
- Build and evolve the system of regular analytical reporting
- Monitor data quality, detect anomalies, and suggest improvements in data structure and collection processes
- Conduct both research-based and operational analytical projects
- Utilize tools such as BigQuery, LookerStudio, and Google Sheets
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong command of SQL (complex queries, optimization)
- Ability to design dashboards and reporting systems that truly answer business questions and support decision-making
- Skills in defining tasks, setting priorities, and delivering results independently
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain logic, present results clearly, and defend conclusions
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Neo4j (graph databases) and n8n (automation of analytical workflows)
- Skills in Python or other analytical tools
- Experience collaborating with data engineers and product teams
