We’re looking for a talented Monetization Manager to join our outstanding team! In this role, you will manage Overwolf’s advertising partnerships and help our in-game creators optimize their app monetization opportunities.
This position offers significant responsibilities, daily challenges, and rewarding moments. You’ll oversee day-to-day optimizations, engage with demand partners, support our developer ecosystem, and identify growth opportunities that make a real impact.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage programmatic ads within Overwolf.
- Serve as a focal point for ads, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance ad experiences and provide insights, feedback, and support.
- Set up new campaigns, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement.
- Represent Overwolf at ad tech conferences abroad.
- Fight dragons and wyrms in hand-to-hand combat to ensure proper monetization flow (also, because it’s fun).
Requirements
- Experience in video and display advertising.
- Experience working with publishers or advertisers.
- Familiarity and work experience with popular SSPs/DSPs.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and policies, including Prebid, VAST/VPAID, RTB, SSP/DSP, SPO, GDPR, IVT, and brand safety.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines and locations to achieve results.
- Proven experience in dragon slaying.
Bonus Points
- Experience with GAM 360 and video monetization platforms (e.g., Aniview, Primis, EX.CO).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with PC games.
- You own a magical sword and fireproof armor.
