Provide testing and support for Microsoft Unified Communications solutions, perform end-to-end SIP testing including PSTN interworking, handle deployment, integration, and support tasks, participate in SDLC and project lifecycle activities, conduct design and architecture reviews, and collaborate within a global delivery environment. Python scripting skills are a plus.

- At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft based Unified Communication skills
- At least 2 years of Deployment, Integration, and Support experience.
- Knowledge in end to end SIP testing including PSTN interworking.
- Experience on scripting language such as Python will be a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 1 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience to Unified Communications domain
- Analytical and communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
