Job Description

We’re looking for a Multimedia / Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. If you’re also comfortable editing videos, that’s a strong advantage - especially for social media and campaign content.

What you’ll do

  • Design marketing and brand assets (social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, brochures, etc.)
  • Prepare files for production/print and ensure consistent visual quality
  • Collaborate with marketing/team members to translate briefs into clean, effective visuals
  • Maintain and develop brand consistency across materials
  • (Optional / Advantage) Edit short-form and/or long-form video content for campaigns and social media (cuts, basic motion graphics, subtitles, formatting)

What we’re looking for (must-have)

  • Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for typography, layout, and composition
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle feedback well

Nice to have (advantages)

  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects, basic animation/motion)
  • Experience using AI tools in a responsible, productive way (e.g., ideation, variations, upscaling, background removal, workflow acceleration)
  • 3D skills, especially 3ds Max (or comparable tools like Blender/Cinema4D), for product/scene visuals and renders

Qualifications

Education & Formal Training:

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.  Alternatively: or equivalent proven professional experience.

Technical Skills & Software

Adobe Creative Suite Industry Standard:

  • Essential: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

  • For Multimedia: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe XD or Figma.

Core Design Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

  • Experience preparing files for both print and digital delivery.

  • Ability to create assets that adhere to and extend brand guidelines.
