The National Account Manager for Deli will define and drive execution for the overall strategy, objectives, and joint-business plans for our largest retail customers within their prepared deli sections.
The National Account Manager will partner closely with cross-functional leaders within marketing, culinary, finance, and retail counterparts while demonstrating outstanding tools, systems, and processes to improve impact.
This role will be completely remote with 30-40% expected travel to the customer as needed.

$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to grow share with Deli customers by establishing KHC as a credible partner, providing analytical insights, sales planning, solution based selling, etc.
- Build effective proposals based on customer needs, consumer insights and the customers decision criteria with accountability for delivering against sales targets and influencing customer strategy through storytelling
- Manage the opportunity pipeline effectively, identifying the biggest gap in opportunities and prioritize time accordingly against customers
- Collaborate with Sales Operations & Planning, especially on building & managing the monthly forecast for Deli to generate profitable sales by selling solutions that meet the customers' needs
- Help create and support mutually agreed upon marketing plans across the product line to support new item distribution, securing features and promotions.
- Help to drive branded market share and SKU penetration through outstanding collaboration with marketing and other cross-functional teams across Kraft Heinz
- Develops professional relationships with all customer personnel that can influence the sale of our products to include all functions: general manager and executive level, sales, marketing, merchandising, finance, operations, etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within Consumer Packaged Goods
- Proven sales experience required with a demonstration of sales management resulting in profitable volume, customer penetration and relationship building
- Strong analytic / problem solving capability
- Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas with discernment in prioritization of sales opportunities
- P&L experience including managing a trade budget and achieving consistent, profitable growth
- Strong personal computer skills especially Microsoft Office products
- Solid written / oral communication and interpersonal skills
