Summary:

The company is seeking an experienced National Sales Director to join its team. This role will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for driving results within their assigned book of business while continuously hunting new opportunities. Our work environment is fast-paced, positive and stresses individual and company-oriented growth. Our company culture and service offering are unique in the marketplace – so we’re looking for a driven and results oriented National Sales Director to help us continue to grow. 

  • Are you an aggressive sales hunter who goes beyond the prospect list to find and chase new logos?
  • Do you have an outstanding track record for selling security personnel services or other similar business or managed services using a consultative selling process?
  • Have you built success by hunting new prospects, finding the right contact, quickly generating a new sale and then moving on to the next prospect?
  • Are you action oriented and aggressive about contacting prospects?
  • Do have proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue from a wide variety of vertical markets to the tune of $1M per month?

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills 
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM – preferably Salesforce
  • Strong networking ability, with previous experience selling to regional or national companies
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress 
  • Work independently and productively with minimum supervision
  • Work outside of regular business hours, including occasional nights and weekends to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel domestically, as needed (frequency will vary)


 What you’ll do on a daily basis:

  • Prospect using existing relationships, lead technology tools and social media to reach potential clients 
  • Develop and submit business proposals for prospective clients
  • Present proposed solutions via video meeting or in person
  • Manage complex negotiations with large corporate partners and close deals
  • Attain company’s expected sales target for new business
