Job Description

What You Get To Do:

  • Refine and execute a strategic plan to drive default services sales across Title services, property preservation, and renovation field services for enterprise lenders and servicers, focusing on engaging key decision-makers and senior leadership.
  • Leverage existing Altisource partnerships to identify and pursue high‑value default services opportunities with lenders and servicers.
  • Establish strong client relationships with top‑tier (top 150) enterprise customers across the nation, including servicers, originators, investors, banks, and other real estate asset holders.
  • Conduct extensive prospecting, outreach, and relationship‑building activities to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, regularly presenting pipeline progress and action items to executives.

  • Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations that clearly articulate Altisource’s Field Services’ unique value propositions to enterprise lenders and servicers.
  • Create, manage, and refine detailed sales strategies, cadences, and roadmaps; present to executive leadership and iterate as needed to maximize conversion rates and minimize sales cycle time.
  • Attend key industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness, expand the professional network, and elevate Altisource’s market presence through speaking engagements and relationship building.
  • Partner with internal Altisource sales teams to execute a coordinated client acquisition strategy across channels.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to refine sales and marketing materials, strengthen value propositions, and ensure alignment between market needs and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery consistent with sales commitments.
  • Work with Legal and executive stakeholders to prepare and execute MSAs and SOWs for prospective and new clients.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

  • Extensive field services and default sales experience within the mortgage industry, including successful engagements with top‑tier (top 150) clients and enterprise‑level lenders and servicers.
  • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in service‑based offerings (e.g., trustee services, valuations, title, property preservation), where service delivery is critical to client retention and annual revenue potential exceeds $1M+.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business, including proven cold‑calling skills, meaningful enterprise‑level outreach, high discovery‑call conversion rates, and success converting targets into clients services, along with an established network within the mortgage servicing or lending space.
  • Proven success in cultivating relationships with high‑value clients and securing or expanding default‑related service agreements across complex organizations.
  • Deep mortgage industry expertise, strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem, and awareness of market trends affecting trustee services and default servicing opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to sell across all organizational levels—especially senior leadership and key decision‑makers.
  • A consultative, value‑led sales approach with world‑class solutions‑selling skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service and experience.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, and default management processes across servicing organizations.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
