JOB DESCRIPTION:

The National Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to Auto Glass Now’s prominent insurance partners. They are trusted experts in the insurance industry and in auto glass, and they help clients uncover and address critical business needs. They will help clients solve challenging business problems while increasing Auto Glass Now's footprint within their client organizations. 

Responsibilities:
  • Directly oversee and cultivate a portfolio of pivotal and strategic client connections, nurturing strong bonds between the organization and numerous stakeholders across Auto Glass Now.

  • Utilize a deep understanding of Auto Glass Now operations, as well as the client's specific business and industry, to strategically develop solutions that enhance the value of the customer's business.

  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and facilitate strong relationships across the two organizations. 

  • Take the lead in designing solutions, collaborating with internal partners, and utilizing data-driven analysis to optimize performance, enhance products, and improve user experiences across digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and highly satisfactory customer journey.

  • Take charge of managing the business outcomes of multiple large and complex insurance partners, monitoring market and customer trends, analyzing financial results, making necessary adjustments, and effectively allocating resources for maximum efficiency.

  • Provide expert advice to clients on the tailored best-in-class solutions offered by Auto Glass Now, negotiating agreements that benefit both the company and the client. Collaborate with the digital experience and technical account management teams, as well as the client, in aligning digital strategy and driving impactful digital-enabled business transformations with the end-user/policyholder in mind.

  • Develop effective approaches to present and deliver successful digital innovation projects, ensuring accurate representation and smooth implementation.

  • Deliver insightful quarterly updates to clients, providing a compelling narrative around market and industry trends, and identifying actionable strategies to establish a trusted advisory role with the client.

  • Continuously maintain relevant external accreditations, staying well-informed of current and emerging external regulations and industry best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development, attend conferences, and stay updated with specialized media to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

What You'll Need 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience lieu of degree.

  • 5+ years of B2B Sales experience on a national level building and nurturing partnerships.

  • Recent or previous Auto Glass Insurance sales experience or strong experience and understanding of the Auto Glass industry.

  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor for national insurance clients, a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and contract development experience.

  • Experience working in CRMs managing client accounts. Salesforce is a plus. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create executive level  presentations and storytelling skills.

Compensation Range:

$80,600.00 - $144,000.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
