This role will primarily provides on-site and phone support to the West Zone; Field Service Organization to resolve complex technical problems and product issues within a given modality that are beyond the capabilities of the local Field Service Engineer. Providing support related to new product introduction, first-of-kind installations, transfer of knowledge, and acts as the primary interface to our product manufacturing group, assigned service escalations, business productivity initiatives, and remote support.
Your role:
Assures FSEs use appropriate troubleshooting and repair methodology.
Coaches & mentors FSEs to ensure excellent customer experience during repairs.
Provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to the field organization as a modality expert.
Manages all escalations within their districts.
Assures speed of resolution for technical escalations to include FSE support, troubleshooting & repair processes are followed by all.
Owns assigned technical issues using Philips resources (ServiceMax/CCSC/BU) as required.
Supports new products and installations both on site and remotely.
You're the right fit if:
5+ years experience servicing Philips Diagnostic X-Ray Imaging Systems is required; 10+ years preferred.
You have an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; 4-year technical degree preferred.
Demonstrated skills and experience with IT networking technology.
Experience with electronic circuit boards, processors and computer hardware including applications and programming. PC competency. Demonstrate electronics and mechanical ability.

You must be able to:
Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).
Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position in AZ, ID, MT, NM, and UT is $43.00 to $68.00, plus overtime eligible.
The hourly pay range for this position in CO, NV, OR and WYis $45.00 to $72.00, plus overtime eligible.
The hourly pay range for this position in WA is $47.00 to $75.00, plus overtime eligible.
The hourly pay range for this position in CA is $51.00 to $80.00, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes an annual incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
