Job Description

• 3 + years of Development and technical support experience.
• Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

• Developer /Technical Skills

o .Net Development (C++, C#, VB.Net, HTML5 or any programming languages) – Must have.
o Web Application Troubleshooting skills
o Windows Azure is desired. Microsoft Web technologies ASP.NET (HTTP or SOAP) is desired.
o Web Application development, consulting or support with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Client, Server and Development products and technologies.

• Soft Skills
o Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
o Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
o The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable
o Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
o Cross-team collaboration
Citizenship Verification: These position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements
• Time of operation: This track will be in 24X7 shift model.Should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.
