The Opportunity- Lead global operations for the Network Control (NC) organization, ensuring best‑in‑class engineering and project execution across all regions.
- Serve as a key direct report to the Network Control General Manager, helping steer global revenue delivery and operational performance.
- Own and continuously improve the full NC project execution process, enhancing efficiency, accountability, and delivery quality.
- Shape and optimize the global resource footprint, ensuring capacity, capability, and alignment with business demand.
- Represent Network Control in major global project review forums, ensuring operational excellence and performance transparency.
- Be part of a business at the forefront of electrification and sustainable energy transformation.
- Drive financial and operational KPIs including OCF, gross margin, delivery milestones, and execution consistency.
- Lead and develop the global engineering organization, strengthening tools, methodologies, and engineering standards.
- Implement and maintain the global S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand planning, resource allocation, and delivery readiness.
- Oversee cost allocation processes, ensuring accurate attribution to projects and sales activities.
- Manage onboarding, availability, and delivery of technical and operational training across the global NC organization.
- Continuously optimize NC operations by identifying process gaps, harmonizing ways of working, and driving global standardization.
- Master’s degree or engineering degree.
- 10–15 years of experience in network control, engineering operations, and team leadership in a global environment.
- Demonstrated success managing technical teams, project delivery, and complex multi‑country engineering activities.
- Strong leadership attributes including responsibility, determination, active listening, and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across Sales, Finance, Factories, BU Leadership, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Fluent in English and comfortable operating in senior stakeholder and customer‑facing environments.
- High‑impact global leadership role in a strategically critical business area.
