What you’ll do

We're looking for a hard-working, tech-savvy relationship builder to drive meaningful connections and business development opportunities across our portfolio companies. In this role, you'll be a nexus of our network initiatives, orchestrating high-impact introductions to potential customers, investors, and hires, and expanding our ecosystem of valuable relationships. On any given day, you might find yourself facilitating strategic introductions between portfolio companies and potential partners, conducting network gap analyses, organizing network-focused events, optimizing our CRM systems, or developing automated outreach campaigns. Success will mean our portfolio companies consistently receive valuable introductions that help accelerate their growth, while our network continuously expands in strategic and meaningful ways.

Please note this is not an investment-track position. We're looking for individuals who thrive on relationship building, relationship making, and creating scalable systems. You might come from or consider future roles in business development, partnerships, sales, recruiting, or startup operations. We care deeply about professional development and this individual can expect strong mentorship from our team members, advisors, and network contacts.

You will report to our Head of Portfolio Support. We expect you to work in our Bellevue office at least 4 days a week.

  • Make/facilitate quality connections for portfolio companies on a regular and frequent basis
    • Source new network-related projects for companies
    • Review portfolio company priorities and assess our connectedness
    • Efficiently orchestrate network asks across our team members
    • Support event design and planning to maximize valuable connections
  • Drive network expansion
    • Conduct network gap assessments to prioritize outreach
    • Facilitate outreach to net new contacts
    • Grow and maintain your own network of valuable contacts
  • Improve our relationship management infrastructure
    • Be our CRM champion (maintain lists, train users, drive product roadmap)
    • Organize network data (ICPs/personas, templates, blurbs)
    • Level up our use of network tech/tools (automations, campaigns, extensions)

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
