Leidos is seeking a Network Migration Project Manager to join our AGUN Migration team.

This position will be 100% remote with some associated travel.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The AGUN program is a highly demanding mission and requires expert technical and professional management to support the Army’s global wide area network and security infrastructure. You will be supporting a large and complex network migration and operations for the US Army. This role is remote and will include leadership of operations support staff and directing operational support activities for a global network. 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: 
Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active DoD SECRET security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for achieving cost, schedule, and technical planned performance of migration activities.
•Create project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status documents.
•Establish cost baselines and explain EAC variances and financial risks and opportunities related to each project assignment.
•Provide weekly project status reports and reviews with the Government customers and internal leadership.
•Be knowledgeable of secure network solutions operated as a centralized enterprise capability for the US Army, including legacy firewall policies, security zones, and access controls to the AGUN solution.
•Partner with key stakeholders and lead technical experts in performing legacy environment discovery, assessing current capabilities, configurations, and requirements to provide network routing and security zone migration support for the Army global network. 
•Be knowledgeable of secure access solutions leveraging zero trust network access (ZTNA).
•Integrate capacity planning and scaling of network and security stack environments into the overall operational support processes and staff.
•Collect, investigate, and identify network optimization strategies and techniques to meet capacity and performance standards.   
•Work with information assurance teams and the AGUN cybersecurity service provider (CSSP) to ensure compliance with DoD standards to assist with maintenance of the network security posture.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years' experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience (additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
•Demonstrated experience managing a complex project, Task Order, or program of similar size (managing remote workforce and dispersed company site employees, including Program Management, Integrated Systems Engineering, Integrated Cyber Support, and Production).
•Demonstrated experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in scope and complexity referenced above, and consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
•Demonstrated knowledge of financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g. performance metrics).
•Demonstrated knowledge of DoD IT and IA standards, processes, policy, and regulations.
•Demonstrated experience collaborating and coordinating across project teams and components facilitating information sharing, reuse and productivity improvements.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills and proven leadership abilities within a DOD environment.
•Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization and meeting with stakeholders to formulate, review, and execute task plans and deliverable items.
•Must be willing to work non-standard shifts to accomplish network migration objectives and goals.
•Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•PMP Certification.
•ITIL Certification.
•EVMS experience on DoD program.
•Army/DISA network migration experience.
•Expert knowledge of US Army security requirements for network infrastructure.

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
