Job Description

Job Title: Networking

Location: Redmond WA

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

3 + years’ experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support role.
Customer Handling Skills: Since this is a front line support for azure customers, should have good CHS.
Good Communications Skills: Issues might come from different sources (phone calls, Emails, Twitter etc., should have good written and verbal communications to handle all these customers.
Networking Concepts: Need good Networking skills but not expecting in depth knowledge on networking but should able to understand the concepts such as What is Router, Switch, Private IPs, Public IPs, VPN, difference between traceroute and ping etc.
• Platform Support:
Windows Administration experience (System troubleshooting, AD/AAD, Configuration, tools etc)
Windows Azure architecture and its components (Fabric, Compute, Storage)
Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform services
Azure Platform development and deployment concepts
Familiarity with development: tools, language, process, methods, troubleshooting
GENERAL :Available to work critical cases as needed on a 24x7 basis or through an on-call model
