Our New Talent Education Program is for licensed hair stylists that want to learn advanced techniques through hands-on training and best practices from our top performing artists. You will master on-trend industry services, time management skills and the overall function of our salons.

Program Details:
The next 3-month program is scheduled to start on May 19th (Tuesday - Saturday) and will be located at our dedicated training space at our Southcenter salon.

    • Full-time employees and qualified dependents are eligible to participate in the company’s medical, dental, vision, and basic life and AD&D insurance plans. Employees may also participate in Flexible Spending Accounts, elect long-term disability insurance and enroll in our company’s 401k plan. In their first year, employees accrue 1 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 30 hours worked.

Compensation Information
The pay for this position is $21.65.
*Employees in this position have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines. 
We are looking for those who offer:
  • Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license (unlicensed candidates may apply, but must have an active license before the start date)
  • 0-2 years of recent behind-the-chair experience
  • Ability to fully commit to 3 months of focused training
  • Available to work a full-time schedule - 5 days a week: Tuesday through Saturday
  • Open scheduling availability upon completion of the program, including evenings and both weekend days
