About Us:

We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.

We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like OpenAI, Toyota, Figma, Ramp, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.

Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role:

We’re seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale Notion's Consultants Program. This key role will focus on creating a global ecosystem of agency and consultant partners who are passionate about helping their clients implement and succeed with Notion. You will define the vision, strategy, and execution of this program, working cross-functionally to ensure its success.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Program Strategy & Development:
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy for Notion Consultants, expanding the program to reach global scale.
    • Incorporate insights from leading agency and consultant programs, such as HubSpot and Monday.com, to design a unique offering that positions Notion as a key enabler for agencies.
    • Define the program’s structure, benefits, and requirements, and establish clear KPIs and success metrics.
  • Partner Recruitment & Enablement:
    • Identify and attract high-potential agencies, consultants and freelancers to join the program.
    • Create training and certification programs to empower agencies and consultants to become Notion experts.
    • Develop resources, playbooks, and tools to help Notion Consultants successfully deliver value to their clients using Notion.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to highlight success stories and promote agency partners.
  • Enablement & Support:
    • Launch a tiered program that provides exclusive benefits to Notion Consultants, such as free or discounted access to Notion’s Business plan, priority support, and early access to new features.
    • Develop training and certification tracks to ensure Notion Consultants have the expertise to deliver exceptional client implementations with Notion.
    • Build resources, such as case studies, playbooks, and technical guides, to help Notion Consultants scale their offerings and deepen client relationships.
  • Relationship Management & Advocacy:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with Notion Consultants, serving as their advocate within Notion.
    • Collaborate with Notion Consultants to identify opportunities for co-marketing, co-selling, and joint success stories.
    • Create feedback loops to ensure Notion Consultants needs and insights are incorporated into Notion’s product and program development.
    • Act as a trusted advisor , helping them solve client challenges and unlock new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align the Notion Consultants program with broader company goals.
    • Partner with Marketing to create campaigns that promote the ecosystem and showcase their successes.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or program management, ideally with a focus on agency or channel programs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling programs from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the role of agencies in driving adoption and implementation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Nice to Haves:
  • Passion for Notion’s mission and familiarity with the product is a plus.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
