Looking for a remote opportunity where you can make a difference? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Specialists.  In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers of various clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Accurately enter customer data into the system

  • Provide follow-up support to ensure high satisfaction

  • Meet performance goals to unlock promotions and bonuses



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights/weekends

Technical Requirements (must be met before certification begins):

  • Windows 11 OS with a minimum of 16GB RAM

  • Desktop or laptop only (no Macs or Chromebooks)

  • Dual monitors, noise-canceling USB headset, hardwired internet connection (not required at application)
