Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of office management or logistics experience.
  • Marketing and event planning experience preferred.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; adept independent problem-solving skills with focus on efficient, quick and consistent execution.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is a must. Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and accommodate requests with the utmost courtesy.
  • Energetic, Friendly, Positive, and Personable.
  • Must be in the office Monday – Thursday with remote work options on Fridays.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $25-$30/hr. Actual rate will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

As an Office Manager you will support the WWT Franklin, TN Office and Commercial Central sales teams. This individual will be required to be onsite Monday-Thursday with optional remote work on Friday.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the Bellevue, WA office
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering and Marketing teams; promote community building and positive office culture.
  • Manage the Bridgestone Arena suite including distribution of tickets to clients, partners, employees & guests, record keeping, and financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for Central Executive team.
  • Support onboarding and HR-related tasks.
  • Support employee enablement for local team.
  • Streamline internal workflows including scheduling and communication processes.
  • Interact positively with executive level team members, customers and partners on a regular basis. Ensure that guests are taken care of, escorted to appropriate rooms and meetings are on track for the day.
  • Reserve conference rooms, order catering as requested, prepare meeting rooms (ensure boards are erased prior to next meeting), check AV and assist visitors with any technology needs.
  • Liaise with building management and Corporate Real Estate team.
  • Security Liaison for the office and work closely with WWT's Global Security Department.
  • Manage and maintain emergency action plans.
  • Procure and manage building access cards for new employees.
  • Maintain an up-to-date employee contact list and email alias for the office.
  • Greet and accommodate guests.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, beverages, and snacks.
  • Sign for and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized office environment including conference rooms, supply closets, kitchens, and other common spaces. Enforce office etiquette.
  • Maintain and upkeep office equipment such as printers, fax, and phones
  • Organize repairs and upgrades to facilities.
  • Follow through on maintenance agreements and contracts.
  • Organize events such as Day of Caring, Happy Hours, team building events, etc.
