We’re looking for a friendly, responsive, and customer-focused Online Chat Agent to become the voice of our company through live chat and digital messaging channels. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems in real time, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build valuable customer service and communication skills in a flexible work environment.

Position Overview

As an Online Chat Agent, you will communicate directly with customers through online chat platforms, answer questions, provide accurate information, resolve routine concerns, and ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, services, orders, accounts, and general requests.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
