Zoom is seeking a senior, strategic Lifecycle Marketing Sr. Manager to own and evolve lifecycle monetization across our Online and Self-Serve ecosystem. This role is built for a lifecycle leader who can translate product usage and customer intent into measurable revenue impact at scale. You will shape PLG and monetization strategy across Zoom’s multi-product portfolio, partnering cross-functionally to maximize customer lifetime value.

About the Team

The Online Marketing and Retention team owns the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Zoom’s self-serve and ecommerce motions. We partner closely with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Ecommerce, and Finance to drive scalable growth across activation, expansion, retention, and resubscription - grounded in product signals, experimentation, and strong measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Owning Zoom’s lifecycle monetization strategy, driving conversion, upgrades, expansion, add-on adoption, and resubscription within a PLG motion.

  • Leading lifecycle strategy across activation, adoption, expansion, renewal, and win-back through personalized, usage-driven journeys.

  • Partnering with Data Science and Analytics to build segmentation and predictive models that identify intent, expansion readiness, and churn risk.

  • Driving lifecycle experimentation across onboarding, trials, pricing and packaging, feature access, and reactivation levers to improve revenue outcomes.

  • Defining measurement and attribution frameworks that connect programs to conversion, retention, expansion, and LTV growth.

  • Influencing product roadmap and go-to-market priorities through insights, test learnings, and cross-functional leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Apply 13+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product growth, or monetization leadership within PLG-driven SaaS or subscription businesses at scale.

  • Demonstrate a strong track record of driving revenue impact through lifecycle programs, experimentation, and optimization.

  • Collaborate effectively across Product, Data Science, Analytics, Ecommerce, and Finance, influencing without direct authority.

  • Leverage deep fluency in product usage analytics, cohort analysis, predictive modeling, and LTV frameworks to guide decisions

  • Operate with executive presence and strong judgment, balancing automation and personalization across lifecycle channels and platforms.

  • Possess broad experience in multi-channel lifecycle marketing, driving strategy and execution across email, push, SMS, app notifications, and in-product messaging. Focus on orchestration, sequencing, and utilizing product signals to deliver timely and relevant messages.

  • Demonstrate Experience contributing to SMB, B2B go-to-market strategy, including PLG motions, self-serve monetization, and cross-functional alignment

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126.500,00

Maximum:

$276.700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
